UPLOADING LOCAL FASTA FILE
Create a plain text file containing one or more protein sequences in FASTA format. For each submission,
limit the number of sequences to 5000.
PREDICTION CONFIDENCE
pTARGET outputs a confidence value for each prediction indicating the trustworthiness of that prediction. Prediction confidence is calculated as the ratio of calculated score to the total score required, for making a true prediction, expressed as percentage.
ADDING YOUR RESULTS TO pTARGET DATABASE
For providing faster service, pTARGET server maintains pre-computed prediction results in a database. If you approve adding your prediction results to this database, they will be available to the next user without the necessity of recomputing the predictions. If you do not want your sequences/results be stored in the pTARGET database, please select 'No' in this option.
